Adding new function: dictionary

We have just updated a new function for Our Forum: "Dictionary".
This function applies to the following cases:

• English ---> Vietnamese (pronounciation included)
• French ---> Vietnamese.
• Vietnamese ---> English.

To find the meaning of any word in this site, you can either:

1. Double Click at the word (this word must not be a link ). Or
2. Highlight the word (1 or 2 in Vietnamese word) and press: "Ctrl-Shift-A".

I think you will find this function helpful in reading the above languages.

Good job! But I wonder if it can translate a whole text ?! And what about translate French -English and vice versa?
